Dana currently serves as the President of the Independent Brokers of Mesa County, where she supports professional standards and advocacy for local real estate professionals. In addition to her industry leadership, she is actively involved in community volunteer work throughout the Grand Valley.

Originally drawn to Grand Junction for its incredible outdoor recreation, Dana enjoys the region’s hiking, biking, skiing, and open spaces—experiences that deepen her connection to the community she serves. Lori Dearth is a highly experienced Western Colorado REALTOR® with more than 18 years in real estate and an additional decade as an independent buyer for rental properties and fix-and-flips. She has served in key industry roles, including Chair of Independent Brokers of Mesa County and as a member of the GJARA Board of Directors, and holds designations as a Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNS) and Accredited Buyer Specialist (ABS).
